Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who We Are

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all products, services, and platforms operated by 7x Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), including the VibeOS / Vibe Protocol AI-powered marketing automation platform (collectively, the "Services"), accessible via vibeos.com and related domains.

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether your use of the Services violates this Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Services through your account are aware of and comply with this Policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using the Services, you agree not to:

Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames, email addresses, or other personal information of other users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
Use any systematic or automated data retrieval process (including data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods) to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Services or any data or content found therein, without our prior written permission.
Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services.
Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
Deceive, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Misuse our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
Use any automated system, including but not limited to scripts, bots, spiders, offline readers, or data mining tools, to send or redirect messages through the Services, except as expressly permitted by us.
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
Attempt to impersonate another user or person, or use the username of another user.
Harass, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees, agents, or other users.
Use the Services or any information obtained from the Services in order to compete with us, benchmark against us, or build a competing product or service.
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services, or that modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including clear graphics interchange formats ("gifs"), 1x1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or similar devices (sometimes referred to as "spyware" or "passive collection mechanisms").
Send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or other commercial communications in violation of applicable law.
Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates this Policy or any applicable law.
Sell or otherwise transfer your profile or account.

4. Subscription-Specific Restrictions

If you subscribe to any paid tier of VibeOS / Vibe Protocol, the following additional restrictions apply:

No Unauthorized Modification or Redistribution. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof, nor may you redistribute, sublicense, or make the Services available to any third party without our express written consent.
No Source Code Reconstruction. You may not attempt to reconstruct, derive, or discover the source code, underlying algorithms, data models, or architecture of the Services by any means, including reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation.
No Credential Sharing. Your login credentials are personal to you. You may not share, transfer, or allow others to use your account credentials. Each subscription grants access to a single authorized user unless otherwise specified in your plan.
No Unauthorized Reselling. You may not resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Services or any outputs generated by the Services without our prior written authorization.

5. AI Products Usage

VibeOS / Vibe Protocol incorporates artificial intelligence features. When using AI-powered features of the Services, you agree not to:

Deploy subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive AI techniques designed to distort behavior or impair informed decision-making, causing significant harm.
Exploit vulnerabilities of individuals or groups based on age, disability, social or economic situation, or any other characteristic that makes them susceptible to manipulation.
Use AI features for biometric categorization systems that categorize individuals based on sensitive attributes such as race, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
Use AI features to create or operate social scoring systems that evaluate or classify individuals based on social behavior or personal characteristics, leading to detrimental or disproportionate treatment.
Use AI features for emotion inference or recognition in workplace or educational environments, except where such use is for medical or safety reasons and complies with applicable law.

6. Artificial Intelligence Ethics

We are committed to the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence. When interacting with AI-powered features of the Services, you agree to:

Use AI-generated outputs responsibly and verify their accuracy before relying on them for critical decisions.
Not represent AI-generated content as human-created where doing so would be deceptive or violate applicable law.
Report any AI outputs that appear biased, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise problematic to me@andrewnaegele.com.
Comply with all applicable laws governing the use of AI, including but not limited to data protection, anti-discrimination, and consumer protection regulations.
Not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to enforce this Policy in our sole discretion. Actions we may take include, but are not limited to:

Warning. We may issue a written warning for minor or first-time violations.
Suspension. We may temporarily suspend your access to the Services while we investigate a potential violation.
Termination. We may permanently terminate your account and access to the Services for serious or repeated violations.
Legal Action. We may pursue any and all legal remedies available, including seeking damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorneys' fees and costs.

No refund will be issued for any prepaid fees if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this Policy.

8. User Contributions

The Services may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, data, or other materials ("User Contributions"). You represent and warrant that your User Contributions:

Are accurate and not misleading.
Do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights).
Do not contain material that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Do not promote illegal activity or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
Do not involve unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
Do not contain viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files or content.
Do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Do not contain material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits people under the age of 18 in any way.

9. Reporting Breaches

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you are encouraged to report it promptly. Please contact us at me@andrewnaegele.com with:

A description of the suspected violation.
The date and time of the incident (if known).
Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or URLs.
Your contact information for follow-up (optional but helpful).

We will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action. We will not retaliate against anyone who reports a suspected violation in good faith.

10. Consequences of Breaching This Policy

A breach of this Policy may result in, without limitation:

Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Services.
Immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any User Contributions.
Issuance of a warning to you.
Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs (including reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
Any other action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

The responses described above are not exhaustive, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

11. Disclaimer

This Policy is not intended to, and does not, create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any third party. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

We are not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Services or to review or edit any content. However, we reserve the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Services, ensuring compliance with this Policy, and complying with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body.
