This Privacy Policy for 7x Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

  • Visit our website at vibeos.com, or any website of ours that links to this Privacy Policy
  • Use VibeOS / Vibe Protocol, our AI-powered marketing automation platform (evolved from "Scaling Collective" at scalingcollective.co, launched June 2025)
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events

Information automatically collected. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as:

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

  • To provide and maintain our Services – Including account creation, authentication, and delivering VibeOS / Vibe Protocol features
  • To improve and develop our Services – To understand how users interact with our platform so we can enhance functionality and user experience
  • To communicate with you – To send you service-related information, updates, marketing communications, and respond to your inquiries
  • To process transactions – To manage payments, refunds, and billing
  • For security and fraud prevention – To protect our Services, detect and prevent fraudulent activity, and ensure the safety and integrity of our platform

  • To power AI features – To provide AI-powered marketing automation, content generation, and related features through third-party AI platforms

3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law. Depending on your location, the applicable legal basis may include:

We use both session and persistent cookies for the purposes set out below:

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to correction – You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Account information. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

10. US State Privacy Rights

California residents. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

CCPA / CPRA. If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights regarding access to your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). You have the right to request disclosure of what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; the right to request deletion of your personal information; and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
