No Refunds / Returns Policy

1. Introduction

This No Refunds / Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to every purchase from 7x Systems LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By paying for or using any of our offerings, you agree to the terms below.

VibeOS / Vibe Protocol is an evolution of the original product, "Scaling Collective" (scalingcollective.co), which was launched in June 2025 and ultimately became VibeOS.

2. Scope of Services

This Policy covers all services and products we provide (e.g., The VibeOS / Vibe Protocol weekly implementation sprints), including:

Coaching and training programs
AI employee / agent deployment and related implementations
Digital services, SaaS subscriptions, and data or information sales
Marketing, advertising, and consulting services
Any physical or digital equipment, supplies, or deliverables supplied by us

All sales in these categories are final and non-refundable.

3. No Refunds or Returns

Coaching & Training Services – Non-refundable once payment is made; no returns accepted.
Marketing / Advertising Services – Non-refundable once purchased; no returns accepted.
AI Agent Deployment – Non-refundable once the agreement is signed; no returns accepted.
Data / Information / Pixel Sales – Non-refundable once the agreement is signed; no returns accepted.
Physical or Digital Services & Supplies – Non-refundable once delivered; no returns accepted.

If you believe a delivered service or item materially fails to meet the agreed specification, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery/deployment at me@andrewnaegele.com. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, determine any goodwill remedy. Our decision is final.

4. Exceptions

Statutory Rights – Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Wyoming or US federal law.
Misuse or Abuse – We may refuse any remedy if we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy shall be resolved solely in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or through binding arbitration in Sheridan, WY if we elect it.

6. Charge-Back Waiver

By completing your purchase, you waive any right to initiate a charge-back with your card issuer or banking institution for amounts paid, except where required under non-waivable consumer-protection law.
